Grief and Loss

Experiencing a loss can be heart wrenching, confusing and upsetting. It might feel like your world has stopped and you’re unsure of how to navigate grief and all its emotions. Grief is not simple or straightforward. It can be so messy and different for everyone. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Often times we think of death and dying when we think of grief, but grief and loss can be felt in many ways. It can be experienced when you enter a new chapter of life, experience a significant change or lose an aspect of your life that you used to have.
