Let me introduce myself

Hi, I’m Sarah!

I'm a daughter, sister, caregiver, friend, social worker and counsellor. I have a lot of titles, some of which are more fancy than others, but at the end of the day I'm human - just like you. I know life is full of challenges. They can often feel overwhelming, which leaves people feeling upset, burnt out, stressed and more. Trust me, I've been there. With over 10 years of experience, my goal is to help you cope with life's challenges and find peace and joy in your daily life.

These sessions are great when you’re limited on time but still need to talk. 30 minute sessions allow for flexibility in your schedule and time to focus on a specific stressor that you may be experiencing.

60 Minute Counselling Session

These sessions are beneficial in discussing your stressors in depth. They allow you to talk about life’s challenges, while giving us time to understand them fully and how we can alleviate some of them.
