A little about me

We all know that life is full of ups and downs. Sometimes it's smooth sailing; other times, the waters are rough and the storm is rolling in. Our "storms" can make us feel like we're drowning in our own thoughts and emotions. If this feels familiar to you, I would be happy to support you through your journey.

Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk in a safe space with no judgement. My practice is focused on caregiver exhaustion and burnout, however I also have a passion for working with people who are experiencing postpartum challenges, anxiety, life transitions, new diagnoses, grief and stress. Using several therapeutic approaches, I cater to you, your needs and your goals.

I believe that you have the ability and strength to carry on. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way. Through my own life experiences, I have come to learn that life’s storms are not meant to be lived alone. If you are looking for a space to be heard and seen, then you’ve come to the right place. Email me to get started.
